By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
~ General ~
• I have the right to decline your commission for any reason. please don't get upset if i decline!

• I have the right to use your commission as art examples.

• I have the right to take breaks whenever i need them.

• Please give proper credit when using my art. This applies on any social media, either link my carrd or put @V3rnon_V3x

• A clear character reference is always required.
_ _ _
• Please don’t rush me, i may take a few days to complete your commission or it might be up to 3 months.
the turnaround time depends on my health and schedule.

• I do not work with deadlines, this cannot be negotiated.

• In under no circumstance are you allowed to use my art for nfts nor ai. I do not work with nfts and I do not allow my art to be used for ai. I will immediately decline your commission if you have any intentions of using my art in that manner.
~ Refs & Changes ~
• A clear reference or picture is required.
I may decline if the reference is traditional, shaded (to an extreme extent), too low quality, or a digital/minecraft model.

• Changes can be made in the sketching phase. Please be sure to note everything before we continue.
Any changes beyond this point will have a fee attached. any mistakes due to my own error are free.

• please use picture references for specific ideas.
this applies to poses, expressions, props, etc. a description is not enough. note: if you do not specify a pose, I will take artistic freedom and this cannot be changed later!
~ Payments & Refunds ~
• All prices are in usd and through cashapp (or other payment types I take)

• Full payment upfront via (your choice of payment type) is required.
I will not start until i have received your payment.

• No refunds are available once i have finished the sketch portion.
if i am unable to complete your commission, I will contact you and you will be refunded.
